How to Use Zapier with Funnelish to Automate Your Ecommerce Workflow

What Is Zapier and Why Use It With Funnelish?

Zapier is an automation platform that connects thousands of apps together without any coding. By connecting Funnelish to Zapier, you can automatically trigger actions in any of 5,000+ supported apps whenever something happens in your funnel — a new order, a new customer, a refund, and more.

While Funnelish has native integrations with Shopify, Google Sheets, Klaviyo, and others, Zapier opens the door to virtually any tool in your stack — Slack, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, SMS platforms, fulfillment services, and more.

Popular Funnelish + Zapier Automations

  • New order → Slack notification — Get a Slack message every time a new order comes in
  • New order → Airtable row — Log orders in Airtable for advanced reporting
  • New customer → HubSpot contact — Add Funnelish buyers to HubSpot CRM
  • New order → SMS via Twilio — Send yourself or your team an SMS for every sale
  • New order → Notion database — Track orders in a Notion workspace
  • Refund → Email alert — Get notified immediately when a refund is processed

How to Connect Funnelish to Zapier

Step 1 — Create a Zapier Account

If you don't have one already, sign up at zapier.com. A free account allows a limited number of Zaps — paid plans unlock unlimited automations.

Step 2 — Find the Funnelish Integration in Zapier

In Zapier, click Create Zap. In the trigger step, search for Funnelish. Select it as your trigger app.

Step 3 — Choose a Funnelish Trigger Event

Select the trigger event that will start your automation. Common Funnelish trigger events include:

  • New Order
  • New Customer
  • Order Refunded
  • New Upsell Purchase

Step 4 — Connect Your Funnelish Account

Click Sign In to connect your Funnelish account to Zapier. You'll need your Funnelish API key, which you can find in your Funnelish account settings under the Integrations or API section.

Step 5 — Set Up Your Action App

Choose the app you want Zapier to trigger when the Funnelish event occurs. For example, select Slack as the action app and configure it to send a message to your #orders channel with the order details.

Step 6 — Test and Activate

Run a test to make sure data flows correctly from Funnelish to your action app. Once confirmed, turn on your Zap and it will run automatically from that point forward.

Tips for Building Effective Funnelish Zaps

  • Use Zapier's Filter step to only trigger actions for orders above a certain value
  • Use Zapier's Formatter to clean up data before sending it to other apps
  • Build a multi-step Zap that triggers several actions from a single Funnelish event
  • Use Zapier's Delay feature to send follow-up notifications at a set time after the order

Automate More, Sell More

Automation lets you focus on scaling your business instead of manual admin work. Pair your Zapier automations with a high-converting Funnelish funnel template to generate more orders and put your workflows on autopilot.
